I encountered a BSOD on my now 2 year old pre built system yesterday. Specs: Acer Aspire X1800 E1232Dual Core E5400 (2.7 ghz)n Force 630i motherboard Nvidia Geforce 7100 (on motherboard)4 GB DD2 Ram (400 mhz, Single Channeled) - There is lots of other info on Cpu Z but I think they are not very relevant.220W no name PSUAfter the BSOD, I did a force shutdown (holding down the power button) and the next restart was normal.I later checked my Mini Dump folder in the Windows Directory and found this crash dump file, related to the incident. The computer rebots quickly, get a little box saying that there was a shut down, a Blue Screen error. When I click on the button saying something like "Get help for this problem" or "Find solution" or something like that, the cursor changes to the waiting-cursor for a minute, and then either changes back with nothing happening, or a box comes up saying it couldn't connect to get a solution to the problem.

Another cause was said to be faulty RAM, unfortunately I have no idea about my RAM model no, or manufacturer.
